The way this finishes out at the top is deeply, deeply satisfying. I cannot pretend otherwise.⁠

There’s going to be an additional panel there on the opposite quadrant (you can just barely see the start of one of the columns of stitches there in the distance). And then I have to decide if I want to fill in the sides as well or leave them blank.⁠

Which I for sure won’t know until I do the second one and pet it for a bit and see what tickles my fancy.

But I am faaaaaaaairly well smitten with the idea of stitching on my stitches at this point and predict there will be, um, more of this in the days to come!
