Silk Road Socks
Soooooo, this wasn’t supposed to happen till tomorrow, but…well…um…it’s out now!
I’ll come back and bore you to death with each of the individual socks over the next few days, but for now, you can go to ravelry to see information (and pictures) right now. You can also go to Silk Road Socks to order a copy if you’re so inclined. The electronic versions should be delivered to you pretty much instantly, and the print versions will ship out just a bit later.
Whoohoo! Congratulations on getting your first book out!
These patterns simply blew me away! My E-book is already downloaded and all that’s left is for me now is to choose which pair I’ll knit first…
I very much enjoyed the rug history, construction, symbolism (or not) discussion. I even read all of it before going to the patterns!
Congrats, Hunter! I can’t wait to start knitting some of these gorgeous patterns.
I can’t wait to hear more about each sock! I’m so glad the book is ready too!
Congratulations and jubilations…
Congratulations! I saw them on Rav last night and was very excited for you. Made me wish that I’d been bitten harder by the sock bug, but I think being a selfish knitter that I’ll have to wait for winter – I’m barefoot most of the time!
If only I wasn’t deadling-knitting right now… I’d totally be casting on one of these lovelies! (Probably the other half of my pair of Kazaks, but who’s counting…) Congratulations on the book being released at last!
Oh, it’s glorious! I downloaded the PDF this morning, and it’s just the most. Thrilling to see all the new socks in their full glory. And it’s just a pretty book, in all sorts of ways. Can’t wait until I have more time to peruse!
CONGRATS!
